We aim to find our clients the best property at the best possible price. All our London relocation services are undertaken thoroughly and effectively through our extensive network of contacts, including landlords, letting agents and property developers.
We can meet with you or discuss your needs by phone, assess what you are looking for, and brief you on what you can expect to achieve for your budget.
If you decide to instruct us, we will prepare a focused brief, outlining your needs and requirements. This will comprise the key components of finding your perfect rental property, including; its size, location and “must-have” facilities.
As soon as we have your brief, our London home finders search the market, liaising with our network of industry contacts and corporate landlords, and previewing all potential properties that fit your brief.
We immediately send you our report with the properties which we have previewed, and discuss these closely with you.
One of our London home finders will accompany you on the tour of the shortlisted properties. If at this point none of the properties tick all the boxes, a new shortlist will be drawn up, and this will continue until we have found you the ideal property.
After your property has been selected, we will manage all negotiations, with the objective of securing it at the best price.
For short term and corporate lets we can undertake all viewings, property selection and negotiation independently, if you prefer.
When you move in, we will provide you with a list of utility providers that need to be contacted.
